Avocado
Scientific/popular name: This is a very fashionable
plant these days. We do not know too much about it, but the word around
is that it is quite efficient. The scientific name is Persea gratissima.
If you go to the supermarket, exotic fruits that have a dark, shining
green color are known as AVOCADO. Every 'connoisseur', no matter if
man or woman, looks for it.
Medical uses: From the fruit of this plant, you can
extract oil that is used more and more in the production of cosmetically
products but not only. It is used in medical recipes that regard a series
of dermatological problems (especially sclerodermia, which is the increase
in thickness and drying of the skin). Avocado is used to produce other
products as well, especially used, with good results, in rheumatic issues
and even high blood pressure.
Usual dishes: The avocado is used more and more in
our kitchens. New recipes appear and get modified literally by day.
Women are very interested in this fruit, as its consumption is very
good for the skin. And, if you would have to choose, you would choose
to eat avocado as a dish or take it as medicine or any other kind of
pharmaceutical product? As a consequence, the avocado consumption developed
and it was noticed that it has aphrodisiac properties. It is true, this
is not something that every expert agrees on but, by any chance, this
should not stop you from testing it.
Contraindications: None at all. But, don't forget,
we are not all the same so your case may be different. Yes, there are
very slim chances probably, but just be sure.
Who can use it: Everyone, no matter the sex, no matter
the age.
Active principles: The avocado fruit still remains
a mystery. The dark green color, almost black sometimes, seems to be
a virtual obstacle for science people in finding avocado's secrets.
It is known that you can find some kind of acids, even some exotic ones,
but it is not for us to go in too deep.
Impulse: It is possible that the aphrodisiac effect
of the avocado fruit is because of a component named bromocriptine.
Usually, because of the bromide involved, you would think that it should
actually temper your love-making desires but, as in a lot of other natural
aphrodisiacs, there is a mix of substances which, in certain conditions,
can influence the functioning of certain glands and certain systems
in our organism.
